OUR STUDIO
Details Hair Studio opened its doors in August of 2000. The dream of several stylists waited in the wings as the doors opened. We started simply with just providing hair services. Over the last twenty-four years, change in ownership and managers, and additions of several talented staff members, we are now able to offer all standard salon and spa services.

Our collective goal--- to pay attention to all the details that can be missed in our industry by most.
Top priority for us was and always is you, our guest.

If your hair is long and sleek, curly from top to bottom, or short and sassy, each and every cut, color, style, and formal updo are finished with an attention to detail, mastered by our professional salon team. Our guests receive a thorough consultation at the beginning of each hair service and leave with knowledge about how to maintain their cut, style, and color at home. Our hair stylists are knowledgeable about our Surface Hair concept techniques of cutting and REF color and strive to give our guests a haircut, color and style that compliments their features and lifestyle every time our guests visit the salon.

Our salon has been designed to provide a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere where every guest can feel relaxed, comfortable and pampered. All care and consideration has been taken to ensure that your ultimate salon experience is met and that each person leaves feeling satisfied and well served.

Our staff has been trained to use their skills to create the latest styles, colors and texture services as well as the classics. Our staff also continues to participate in advanced education.

We will provide a consultation that will not only suit each guests' personal tastes, but their lifestyle as well. From the moment you walk in the door, our focus is on your complete relaxation. Choose from aromatouch, facials, nails and lash bar, our services are a great way to take a step back from the bustle of everyday life.

HEIDI: OWNER, STYLIST, SURFACE CULTURE ARTIST

I’m proud to share my excitement for being in my industry for 36 years and counting, as well as celebrating the 25th anniversary of my business! I feel it is incredibly important to do what you love. As a stylist and owner, I find the most joy from seeing my guests happy every day, watching my talented team grow, and sharing my knowledge with talented stylists across the United States. From my expertise in cutting, coloring and straightening hair, to my updos, facials and teaching; my primary focus is to ensure that every guest has a great experience. I hope that when you walk through the doors of my studio you will feel the passion that my team and I share as we work to make the town beautiful, one head at a time.

JAKE: STYLIST, NAIL TECH

I am a graduate of Norwich Technical High School. I have been working in the hair industry since 2016. I furthered my education in Business Administration at UConn, graduating in 2020. My hope is to use the interpersonal skills I have learned to deliver the best services possible for my guests. My goal with every guest that sits in my chair is to create custom solutions to their hair, skin and nail related needs and desires. Additionally, I hope to teach my guests how they can recreate their look at home. I look forward to continuing my education with innovative haircare, nailcare, and techniques.

EDDIANIE: SALON ASSISTANT/ STYLIST IN TRAINING

From a young age, I always used to do my hair and makeup. I fell in love with the process of making myself feel better about how I look, and I wanted others to feel the same way. I'm currently enrolled at Norwich Technical High School in the cosmetology program, working towards my license. I am excited to begin my journey in the hair industry with a fresh perspective and a passion for creativity.

ALYSSA: SALON COORDINATOR/ ADMIN ASSIST

I started my customer service journey 12 years ago. Since then, I have gained a strong background in customer service, retail and administrative roles. I bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive client experiences. My experience will seamlessly translate to supporting the mission and success of Details Hair Studio.

JOSIE: SALON COORDINATOR/ SOCIAL MEDIA

I started my customer service journey at a very young age, working at my family’s restaurant in Pennsylvania. I was about 17 years old when I realized that I was made for the customer service industry. I love helping people and thoroughly enjoy the social aspects of the job. In addition to my service experience, I am also an amateur photographer and enjoy working on graphic design projects. Details Hair Studio gives me an opportunity to showcase all these talents, while also gaining valuable business experience. I am beyond grateful to be a small part of this community.
